Photography
The photo tour is the backbone of any real estate property marketing plan. There’s no limit on the number of images and no detail too trivial to capture. You get next-day delivery on all photo packages with the ability to download in every size you need for every use case.
Video Tours
When you just have to show it in motion to really let the buyer see what a property has to offer. Cinematic Video Walkthroughs present the home in a way that still images just can’t.
Matterport and Zillow 3D Home Tours
3D tours are the next best thing to being on site–perfect for the out-of-state buyer looking to move for work or family. Viewers can tap their way through and turn the camera in any direction to look left, right and go forward throughout each floor. Leverage the visibility of Zillow 3D to get the most eyes on a property, or go deep with the advanced features of a Matterport 3D model (shown here). Matterport offers Guided Tours, de-furnishing spaces and many additional features.
Drone (Aerial) Photo & Video
Get a cinematic bird’s eye view of your property. With drone photo or video you can show off the surrounding area or the property line of a large plot. Close to the water? It’s right there in the shot. Great walkable neighborhood with parks and local shopping? It’s no problem to take a series of photos from every direction or grab a rotating movie clip. The sky is literally the limit!
Marketing Floor Plans
The fastest at-a-glance value add for any property listing is the floor plan. Buyers know what kind of property they want and a simple, easy-to-understand floor plan lets them know right away that this is the one. And forget the tape measure–modern floor plan software with LIDAR scanning cuts the time needed to almost nothing. Most properties take 20 minutes or less to scan.

What are the turnaround times for deliverables?
Photos (including any drone photos) are delivered the next day. Depending on my availability, you may also be able to add Same-Day Rush Delivery.
Floor Plans, Matterport 3D, and Zillow 3D can take up to 24 hours, depending on those vendors’ processing times. Video can take up to 48 hours, depending on the length and complexity of the video. Any special edits like Virtual Twilight editing are delivered with the photos. In most situations I’m able to deliver photos, floor plans, 3D tours and video by the end of the next business day.
My property is vacant with a lockbox. Do I need to be there while you do your thing?
Nope! The majority of my shoots are lockbox appointments. I can quickly prep for photography and other media and take care of everything on my own. If you’ve got any special instructions, you can add them to the comments when you order or just shoot me a text or email before the appointment.
I don’t see any openings for today on your calendar. Can I book you today?

My seller remodeled part of the house. Do I have to pay the full shoot price to get those rooms re-shot?
Not at all! I have a special discounted rate for partial reshoots. You do not have to pay the full price unless it’s a total top to bottom reshoot of the property.
What service area do you cover?
My primary service area is the greater Metro Detroit, Michigan region, which really means the tri-county area of Oakland, Wayne and Macomb Counties. But I can also go to the surrounding areas and further.

I have a property on the other side of the state. How far do you travel?
I will basically go anywhere that I can reach and return from on the same day. I’ve done properties in Lansing, Flint, Saginaw, Kalamazoo, Jackson, Manchester, Monroe, even Northwest Ohio locations like Toledo.
My service area starts at the intersection of Woodward Avenue and 8 Mile Road at the border of Ferndale and Detroit and radiates out 150 miles. Travel fees start at $25 after 25 miles in one direction.
